A local junior high school just received their long awaited T-1 line which allows a fast connection to the Internet. You have been asked to design, develop, and deliver a 3-hour workshop on accessing the Internet with the software program NetscapeTM .
During your needs assessment you find that the participants are teachers who have basic computer experience, but have not previously used NetscapeTM . The teachers are anxious for your instruction. The new computer lab you will be using has 20 computers. Putting two teachers to a team, you will be able to inservice all teachers at one time.
